👩🍳Step-by-step preparation
1️⃣Prepare the mixture
Whisk the eggs with the milk, sugar, cinnamon and salt
until you obtain a smooth mixture.
2️⃣Prepare the bread
Trim the crusts off the slices if desired (optional).

Pour some of the mixture into a dish.
Place a slice of bread on top, then turn it over.
