How to prepare the healing drink

Required ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp raw honey (preferably organic)

  • ½ tsp cinnamon powder

  • ½ tsp turmeric powder (or grated fresh)

  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar with “mother”

  • 1 tbsp. chia seeds

  • 1 cup warm water (or plant-based milk if you want a creamier version)
