3–4 kale leaves (remove thick stems if bitter)
1 medium cucumber
2–3 celery stalks
1–2 green apples (core removed)
2–3 cm fresh ginger (peeled)
Juice of ½–1 lemon
Blender method (most nutrients kept)

Chop everything roughly
Blend with 100–200 ml water (or coconut water for extra electrolytes)
Strain through nut milk bag or fine mesh for smoother juice (or keep pulp for fiber)
Juicer method

Feed in this order: celery → cucumber → apple → kale → ginger → lemon last (helps push everything through)
