Pineapple and yogurt cake
Preparation:
1 – Peel the pineapple and remove the hard parts. Cut 100g into thin slices for decoration and 90g into small cubes to incorporate into the dough.
2 – In a large bowl, break the whole eggs and add the sugar. Beat with an electric mixer for about 10 minutes, until the mixture is light and frothy.
3 – Add the oil and yogurt to the beaten eggs. Continue beating at medium speed until the mixture is smooth.
