🥤 Apple, Mango, and Cucumber Juice Recipe
Ingredients
1 medium apple (with peel)
½ ripe mango
1 small cucumber
300–400 ml cold water
Juice of ½ lemon (optional)
Ice to taste
Preparation
Wash all ingredients well.

Blend everything until smooth.
Do not strain it (to keep the fiber).
