To be honest, I never imagined breakfast could play such a big role. It’s just oatmeal, bread, coffee… just like everyone else’s. But over the years, mornings have changed.
I didn’t wake up because of the alarm, but because of a heaviness in my stomach. Not rested, but as if a stone had been put in my stomach.
I didn’t want to bend over. I was afraid to eat breakfast. My stomach was sometimes bloated, sometimes rumbling, and the toilet? Like a lottery. Either total silence or hours of waiting with no results.
“Maybe it’s stress? Or age?” I thought.
Or maybe… what I ate this morning?
I had no idea my morning routine could slow down intestinal transit to such an extent. And this change doesn’t start with medication, enemas, or herbal teas, but with the plate. The breakfast plate, however ordinary.
And yes… It took me a few weeks to figure out which three products made my intestines work like clockwork.
But before that, there was a whole story.
When your stomach feels like a “plug” in the morning
I thought this was normal. You can’t be “on time” every day, can you?
And who doesn’t experience morning bloating? A slight tension in the stomach, a heaviness, gas that can be embarrassing even in front of loved ones…
You get out of bed, you want to start the day, but you just can’t. It’s as if last night’s dinner has gone untouched. Everything has frozen.
“Well, everything will be fine,” I told myself, as many do.
But he wasn’t getting any better.
I tried drinking more water, doing stretching exercises, and even doing yoga in the morning.
I also saw a gastroenterologist; he prescribed enzymes. Yes, they gave me relief, but only temporarily, while I was taking them.
And then I sat down with a notebook and a pen and started writing down what I had for breakfast.
Then the picture gradually began to become clearer…
When breakfast is no longer a taste, but a feeling
At first, I didn’t immediately understand what exactly helped me.
It wasn’t “magic” porridge. It wasn’t the “right” yogurt. It wasn’t “trendy” chia seeds or expensive dietary supplements.
Ah… the feeling.
I eat breakfast and my body feels light. No more heaviness, no more grumbling. And most importantly, after an hour, everything returns to normal. No more tension, no more need to sit for long periods with the phone in my hand.
I started paying attention, not so much to the food, but to how it felt afterward.
Which products don’t cause bloating? Which ones provide a light, natural urge without forcing it?
I noticed something: the foods that work are not dry and cold.
They are neither sharp nor heavy.
They seem to whisper to the body: “Wake up calmly, don’t be afraid, I am here.”
Mornings with such products are like a gentle awakening—not with an alarm clock, but with the sound of rain and the aroma of warm bread.
I repeated these snacks. And I discovered that three products work every time. Not occasionally, not randomly, but consistently.
Simple, affordable, old-fashioned.
But magical.
