5 eggs

250 grams of minced pork and beef

1 small onion

150 ml of white wine

4 tablespoons of tomato sauce

yellow cheese to taste

salt and pepper to taste

olive oil or sunflower oil

Ingredients for the béchamel sauce:

0.5 liters of milk

2 tablespoons of flour

15 grams of butter

olive oil

salt, pepper and nutmeg to taste

Preparation method:

In a frying pan, heat the olive or sunflower oil over medium heat and add the minced meat. Crush it into pieces.

While the meat is cooking, chop the onion and add it to the stuffing.
