I simply outdid myself with this dish, all my guests asked for the recipe, and my mother-in-law admitted for the first time that I was good at cooking:

When the onion begins to brown, add the white wine. Reduce the heat and let the meat simmer, stirring occasionally.

Boil the eggs and peel them.

Cut the eggs in half and remove the yolks.

Now prepare the sauce. Heat a saucepan over low heat, add a little olive oil, and melt the butter. Add the flour and mix well. Then pour in the milk little by little, stirring constantly. Add the spices and continue stirring until you have a creamy sauce.

What to do if your car skids on the road? Don’t panic:

Pour the minced meat into a bowl and add the grated egg yolks. Add a ladleful of sauce.

Mix everything well. Generously fill the egg whites with the resulting filling and place them in a baking dish.

Pour in the remaining béchamel sauce.

Cover with tomato sauce and sprinkle with grated yellow cheese. Of course, more yellow cheese will make the dish taste better.

Preheat oven to 180 degrees and bake for 10 minutes, for more interesting articles click  here  .

You can already smell the aroma! Enjoy your meal!

The result is an incredibly flavorful and juicy dish. Of course, if you can’t make your own sauce, buy one from the store. You can also use a different sauce each time to give the dish a new flavor. Overall, you have plenty of room for culinary experimentation.
