Banitsa in strips with sparkling water

Products:

4 large banitsa crusts or 400-500g regular banitsa
1 small bottle of sparkling water 200-250ml
4 eggs
1 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons thick yogurt or sour cream
1 teaspoon oil (100ml) 1
teaspoon melted butter (100ml)
300g fine cheese
100g grated yellow cheese/cheddar

Preparation:

1. If you have large peels, roll them up, and if you bought a whole pack, just remove the foil, do not open the peels, but while they are rolled up, cut them into strips 1-2 cm wide and “spread” them with your fingers.
