2. In a large bowl, whisk the eggs with the salt, then add the cream, oil, and butter. Mix until thick and creamy.

 

3. Add the sparkling water and mix. Finally, add the fine cheese mixed with the grated yellow cheese. The mixture should be thick.

4. Pour it over the crusts and mix with two forks, as if you were preparing a salad.

5. Pour the entire mixture into a greased mold, spread it out and bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes.
