Dog abandoned on the street with a bag full of toys and a heartbreaking letter from the owner

An adorable dog has been given a second chance at life after being abandoned on the street with a bag full of toys.

The dog, known as Baby Girl, was tied to a fire hydrant in Green Bay, Wisconsin, USA, before being rescued.

When they untied the sad and confused dog, the rescue team came across a heartbreaking letter from his owner among the dog’s belongings.

They chose not to share the contents of the letter, but said the owner was struggling to cover the dog’s medical costs while trying to cope with his own health issues.
