Dog abandoned on the street with a bag full of toys and a heartbreaking letter from the owner

The team took Baby Girl for a routine checkup, where it was discovered that she had diabetes mellitus, also known as canine diabetes, which can cause elevated blood sugar levels.

Due to her health issues, she requires daily blood sugar monitoring, a restricted diet, and home insulin injections.

 

 

One rescuer said on Facebook: “Treating this condition can be expensive, requiring monthly purchases of insulin and possibly other medical supplies. In total, it can cost hundreds of dollars per month, depending on your veterinarian and the price of supplies in your area.”

 

Explaining that the owner’s decision to abandon her pet was an “act of desperation,” they thanked her for asking for help and trying to do her best for her dog.

 

 

Addressing the owner directly, the rescuer said, “First of all, we are sorry you had to part with your best friend.
