Cyril Lignac’s meatballs

Ingredients for 4 to 6 people
For the sauce:
1 drizzle of olive oil
1 onion
500g of crushed tomatoes
1 sprig of fresh thyme
1 clove of garlic
½ bunch of basil

For the meatballs:
300g of minced beef
300g of minced pork
30g of grated Parmesan cheese
2 eggs
100g of ricotta
2 tablespoons of chopped parsley
100g of breadcrumbs (soaked in milk, crust removed)
