Homemade recipes for various problems
1. Digestive stimulant – a little dried ginger with ground cumin and a pinch of black pepper.
After meals, take 1 teaspoon of this mixture, mixed in 1 cup of water.
2. Heartburn – Put 1 to 2 cumin seeds in your mouth and chew them for a while before swallowing.
Prevents reflux and soothes stomach acids.
3. Flu and cold: Add 15g of whole cumin to 400ml of water. Boil until only 100ml of water remains in the pan.
Drink 20 ml of this liquid every morning and evening.
4. Nausea – Mix ground cumin with honey and consume it after a heavy meal.
5. For stomach upset – Mix 3 grams of ground cumin with warm water and drink.
6. Against diabetes – Dissolve a little ground cumin in a glass of water and drink once or twice a day to effectively regulate blood sugar levels.
We drink for a maximum of a week, then take a break.
Strengthens bones
Cumin contains nutrients and minerals important for bone structure, strength and mobility.
These are calcium, vitamins A and B12, potassium and magnesium.
However, it also contains estrogenic compounds that help in the treatment of osteoporosis.
Cumin extract may even reduce bone loss in older adults and improve bone density.
Lightly toast a teaspoon over low heat, then pour in 250 ml of water. Bring to a boil, then remove from heat.
After filtering and cooling, you can drink the tea.
