  • Proteins  : They contribute to the feeling of satiety and proper muscle function. They can be found in eggs, yogurt, cottage cheese, or nuts.

  • Fruits and vegetables  : They provide essential vitamins, minerals, and fiber for the body. Fresh fruit, a smoothie, or raw vegetables are great options.
