PISTACHIO NOUGAT The recipe that all gourmets will love:

Ingredients:
200g pistachios (preferably shelled and roasted)
, 150g honey
, 150g sugar,
100g egg whites (about 3 egg whites),
30g water
, 50g icing sugar (for dusting),
1 vanilla pod (optional)
, 1 pinch of salt.
Instructions:
Prepare the ingredients: If the pistachios are not already roasted, roast them in the oven at 180°C for about 10 minutes. Let them cool, then roughly chop them.

To make the caramel: In a small saucepan, combine the honey, sugar, and water. Bring to a boil and cook over medium heat until it reaches 150°C (you can use a kitchen thermometer). If you don’t have a thermometer, cook until the mixture is golden brown and caramelized.
