1. Strawberry Jam
Ingredients
• 2 cups strawberries (chopped)
• 1½ cups sugar
• 2 tbsp lemon juice
• ½ tsp pectin (optional)
Instructions
1. Wash and chop the strawberries.
2. Add strawberries, sugar, and lemon juice to a heavy pan.
3. Cook on medium heat, stirring frequently, until the mixture thickens.
4. Mash the strawberries slightly for texture.
5. Add pectin if using and cook for 2–3 more minutes.
6. Let cool and store in a clean glass jar.
2. Mango Jam
Ingredients
• 2 cups ripe mangoes (chopped)
• 1½ cups sugar
• 2 tbsp lemon juice
• ½ tsp pectin (optional)
Instructions
1. Peel and chop ripe mangoes.
2. Blend lightly or keep small chunks.
3. Add mango, sugar, and lemon juice to a pan.
4. Cook on medium heat until thick and glossy.
5. Stir continuously to prevent sticking.
6. Cool and store in airtight jars.
