Garlic Butter Sautéed Mushrooms with Fresh Parsley

Garlic Butter Mushrooms Recipe

Ingredients:

500 g fresh mushrooms (whole, cleaned)
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp butter
3–4 garlic cloves (minced)
Salt and black pepper (to taste)
1 tsp paprika (optional)
A handful of fresh parsley (chopped)
½ tsp lemon juice (optional, for brightness)

Instructions:

Prepare the mushrooms

Clean the mushrooms with a damp cloth.
Keep them whole (as shown in the image).
Sear the mushrooms

Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
Add the mushrooms flat side down (don’t overcrowd).
Cook for 4–5 minutes until golden.
Add butter & garlic
