100g unsweetened dark chocolate (minimum 70–85% cacao or keto-friendly chocolate)
Step-by-step preparation:
Step 1: Prepare the coconut mixture

In a bowl, place the shredded coconut and add the plain Greek yogurt.
Mix well with a spoon or spatula until the coconut is well combined with the yogurt.
If the mixture looks too dry or crumbly, add 1 additional tablespoon of yogurt.
