HEALTHY AND NUTRITIOUS COCONUT BARS

Step 2: Form the bars.
Take portions of the mixture and form rectangular bars with your hands (you can use a measuring spoon or silicone mold to help).
Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a flat surface covered with plastic wrap.

Place in the freezer for 1 hour to harden and hold their shape.
Step 3: Dip in Chocolate
Melt the unsweetened dark chocolate in a double boiler or in the microwave (30 seconds at a time, stirring each time).
Remove the bars from the freezer and dip each one in the melted chocolate using a fork or spatula.
Place them on a wire rack or tray lined with parchment paper to allow the chocolate to harden.
