Ingredients :
For the biscuit base:
200g of dry biscuits (shortbread, speculoos, shortbread… anything works)
100g of melted butter
For the vanilla cream:
500 ml of milk
2 egg yolks
3 heaped tablespoons of cornstarch
4 tablespoons of sugar
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
For the chocolate ganache:
150g of dark or milk chocolate (depending on taste)
