2️⃣Version 1: Air Fryer Cooking

Preheat the air fryer to 160°C (325°F) for 5 minutes.
Pour the mixture into a 15cm (6-inch) round baking tin lined with parchment paper.
Bake at 160°C ( 325°F) for 25 to 30 minutes .
The top should be lightly golden and the center still slightly wobbly.
Let cool completely, then refrigerate for 2 hours before unmolding.
