Version 2: Traditional oven cooking
Preheat your oven to 170°C (conventional) or 160°C (fan) .
Pour the batter into the same 15cm cake tin.
Bake for approximately 35 to 40 minutes , until the top is golden brown and the center is just set.
Let cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
Unmolding and tasting
Use a silicone spatula to gently loosen the edges.
The cake will firm up in the refrigerator and become moist in the center.
Serve chilled, plain or with berries or a drizzle of honey
