2 cups (450 g) of plain Greek yogurt
4 eggs (approximately 200g without shells)
4 tbsp (40 g) of cornstarch (Maizena)
Optional: 1 tsp vanilla extract or lemon zest,
1 to 2 tbsp honey, maple syrup, or natural sweetener
