How to Make a Cherry Twig Drink

Gather twigs long enough to fit comfortably in a teapot or saucepan. Cover the bottom of the pan with them, then pour in water (about   four times its volume)  . Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer   for about 15 minutes  .

The   resulting decoction  can be drunk freely, instead of water or tea. After   about a month of regular consumption,   you will feel the first positive effects. The same twigs can be used several times, as long as the liquid retains its cherry-pink hue. When the color fades and becomes almost transparent, it is a sign that it is time to prepare a new portion.

Preparing the twigs

Before boiling them, it is advisable to prepare them. In the evening, pour warm water over them and let them sit overnight; this will remove dust and dirt. In the morning, rinse them with clean water and you can use them.

Personally, I drink this beneficial herbal tea throughout the day, like water. I even sometimes brew tea or coffee in it. About a month later, I noticed that I was no longer waking up every hour at night, but only once or twice. After a month and a half, I was waking up at most once a night. My husband started drinking it earlier and now sleeps peacefully until morning without waking up. I sincerely hope this method will bring you the same benefits!
