After reading this method, I immediately went out into the garden. I have sour cherries growing under my windows; so I easily picked a few branches of the right length, stripped the leaves, and in the evening sprinkled them with warm water, letting them sit until morning. Then I rinsed them well, mixed them with one part branches to four parts water , brought them to a boil, and simmered them for 15 minutes over low heat . Once the decoction had cooled, I filtered it and began to drink it throughout the day, without restriction.
I did it every day, and the results were immediate. After a month, I only got up once or twice a night, whereas before it was much more frequent. And now I continue to drink this cherry drink, convinced that over time, the nighttime cravings will disappear completely.
