Your guests will say “Wow!” The salad that turns any party into a feast! I always surprise everyone with it—and you will too! The perfect party recipe—

Preparation method:

  1. Boil the chicken, beets, carrots and eggs.

  2. Finely chop the meat and arrange it in the first layer.

  3. Grate the vegetables. Separate the yolks from the whites and grate them separately.

  4. If the prunes are too dry, soak them briefly in water.

  5. Place the egg yolks over the chicken and sprinkle lightly with salt. Arrange the plums on top.

  6. The next layer is grated carrots, then grated yellow cheese. Prepare a “line” of mayonnaise.

  7. Drain the beets of excess juice and arrange them on the salad in strips so that they resemble watermelon rinds.

  8. Between the red strips of beetroot, form white lines of grated egg white.

  9. If desired, sprinkle finely chopped green onions on top.

Leave the salad in the refrigerator for a few hours to allow the flavors to blend well, then enjoy its unusual, fresh taste.
