In an email sent to users, Samsung said its new policy would take effect on July 31, just over six weeks from now.
The policy will delete Samsung accounts that have been inactive for two years.
The message says: “Thank you for using a Samsung account.
“We are writing to inform you of important changes related to the use of your Samsung account.
