- Take a clean glass jar (jam jar type).
- Fill it 3/4 full with your well-washed citrus peels.
- Cover completely with white vinegar.
- Leave to macerate away from light for 2 weeks. Patience is the key to success!
- Strain the mixture through a fine sieve or cheesecloth.
- Pour into a reusable spray bottle.
