Despite this severity, an independent audit of 365 patient records revealed a two-year survival rate of 76%, and extrapolations estimate the five-year survival rate at approximately 70%. By comparison, data from the National Cancer Institute’s SEER (Epidemiology and End-Results) indicate a five-year survival rate of only 25% for conventional treatments.
