Step 1 — Prepare the dough
Whisk the eggs with the sugar and vanilla sugar until the mixture turns white.
Add the milk and vanilla extract , then mix.
Incorporate the almond flour , a pinch of salt , and the sifted flour . Mix well until you obtain a smooth dough.
Step 2 — Add the yeast and butter
Add the baking powder and mix gently.
Next, pour in the melted butter and mix thoroughly.
Step 3 — Prepare the molds
Butter your mini tartlet or muffin tins.
Fill them 2/3 full with dough .
Add a few pieces of apple to each cavity, then sprinkle with flaked almonds .
Step 4 — Cooking
Preheat the oven to 175°C .
Cook for about 20 minutes , until they are golden brown and a knife blade comes out dry.
Step 5 — Tasting
Allow to cool slightly before carefully unmolding.
