Ingredients :
200g soft butter (not melted)
200ml sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
Optional: 1 tbsp icing sugar (for firmness)
Preparation :
- Beat the butter
Place the softened butter in a bowl and beat it with an electric whisk for 5 minutes , until it becomes white and fluffy .
Add the condensed milk
Gradually pour in the sweetened condensed milk , continuing to beat at medium speed.
The mixture should become smooth and creamy .
Flavor and adjust the texture
Add the vanilla extract and mix well.
