Then add the sifted flour and beat again. Then dampen two sheets of parchment paper with cold water and wring them out to drain the excess water.

Place them in a springform pan, pressing them down with your hands. Then pour the mixture into the pan.

Bake at 200°C, with top and bottom heat, and place the pan on the bottom oven rack. Bake for 40 minutes after preheating the oven.

Once the time is up, remove the cake from the oven and let it cool, first at room temperature, then in the refrigerator. Delicious!
