Hydrogen peroxide is very often used in dentistry to whiten teeth to get rid of plaque and helps treat gingivitis and periodontitis. Brushing your teeth with baking soda is very effective in removing plaque.
First, you need to mix one tablespoon of baking soda with ½ teaspoon of salt in a glass. Wet your toothbrush with warm water and dip it in the mixture. Brush your teeth with the mixture and leave for 5 minutes, then rinse your teeth with warm water.

Then mix 1 full tablespoon of hydrogen peroxide with 2 tablespoons of warm water and swish your mouth around for one minute, then rinse your mouth with cold water.
Then use dental floss to remove tartar better.
Be careful not to injure your gums, as this can irritate and damage them.
Finally, rinse your mouth with an antiseptic mouthwash. Repeat the procedure every other day.
