Approximately 30g of dried bay leaves

Optional: 1 teaspoon of honey to sweeten

Pour 1 liter of water into a saucepan and bring it to a boil.

Once the water is simmering, add the bay leaves.

Let it infuse for 5 to 10 minutes over low heat, without excessively prolonging the heating in order to preserve the aromas.

Remove the pan from the heat, cover and let it rest for another 5 minutes to allow the flavors to fully infuse.

Filter the mixture and pour the infusion into a cup.

Enjoy it plain or with a little honey, according to your preferences.
