Preparation: Bake as before in an 18 cm mold for 40 to 45 minutes.
6 Egg Sponge Cake (20cm pan)
Ingredients:
6 eggs
180g flour
180g sugar
Preparation:
Same process.
Use a 20cm pan.
Bake for 45 to 50 minutes.
7 Egg Sponge Cake (23cm mold)
Ingredients:
7 eggs
210g flour
210g sugar
Preparation:
Same process.
23cm mold.
Bake for 50 to 55 minutes.
8 Egg Sponge Cake (25cm mold)
Ingredients:
8 eggs
240g flour
240g sugar
Preparation:
Same process.
25cm mold.
Bake for 55 to 60 minutes.
Let cool in the mold for 10 minutes, then turn out onto a wire rack.
