So if you want to recharge quickly, take a 10-20 minute nap, and for deep sleep rejuvenation.

In addition to these recommendations, a surprising suggestion is to sit slightly upright during your nap, as this will help you avoid falling into a deep sleep. And if you find yourself daydreaming during your naps, it may be a sign of sleep deprivation.
