Preparing the ingredients: First, place the ingredients in a small bowl. Measure two tablespoons of whole-wheat flour and one tablespoon of coconut oil.
Mix until a paste forms: Add a little water drop by drop and stir. You’ll get a thick paste that’s not too runny, but smooth enough to spread on your skin. If the mixture is too dry, add a little water; if it’s too runny, add a little flour.
Cleanse your face: Before applying the paste, thoroughly cleanse your face to remove dirt, oil, and makeup. Pat your skin dry with a clean towel.
Apply the paste: After cleansing, apply a generous amount of paste to the affected areas. Make sure to apply it in the direction of hair growth for effective results.
Let it dry: Leave the paste on your skin for about 10–15 minutes, or until it feels dry. You’ll notice the paste harden as it dries, making it easier to adhere to your hair.
Removing the paste: Once the paste has dried, gently massage it in with your fingers using circular motions. Rub against the grain. This helps lift the hairs at the root and exfoliate the skin.
Rinse and moisturize: After removing the paste, rinse your face with warm water to remove any residue. Pat your face dry and apply a light moisturizer or a few drops of coconut oil to soothe and hydrate your skin.
