Morning error leading to stroke, especially after age 65

Eating on Time: Your Shield Against Strokes

Morning
– Warm water with lemon
– Exercise
– Breakfast in 20-30 minutes: cereal, protein, low fat
– Coffee – only after meals

Day
– Light soup, cereals, protein, vegetables
– Rest lying down for 20 minutes
– Water – 5 glasses per day

Dinner
– Before 7:00 p.m.: steamed vegetables, some protein
– chamomile tea
– 10 to 15 minute walk
– Foot massage

The choice is yours.

A stroke doesn’t happen suddenly. It surprises you in the morning, when you haven’t had breakfast, woke up abruptly, or drank coffee instead of water. But it’s during those 5 minutes that you have the opportunity to take care of yourself.

Choose health. Choose yourself. Make the morning your ally, not your enemy.
