Pork loin stuffed with cheese and bacon 

Combine the garlic, paprika paste, olive oil, and seasonings. Mix well.
Wrap the loin in this binder and let it rest for a few hours.
Place on a baking sheet with wine and a little water to roast.
When it’s almost roasted, cut the loin into slices, but don’t cut all the way through.
Place a slice of cheese and a slice of bacon on each cut spot.
Return to the oven until the bacon is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
