Today I will share the method of a famous Soviet scientist – a physician physiologist, who remained active, energetic and with a clear mind until he was 90 years old.
His main secret? A simple ten-minute morning practice. No equipment, no marathons and complex asanas. Just movement, breathing and attention.
Every morning he started with the same routine, which he himself called “physical gymnastics for the brain and blood vessels.” He followed this practice until a very old age. Throughout his life – not a single stroke, no hypertensive crises, no hospitalizations. The mind – sharp, the memory – healthy, the coordination – like that of a true mentor.
He often said, “10 minutes in the morning every day is more beneficial than two hours in the gym once a week.”
What is this system and why does it work?
It’s not a question of motivation, but of physiology.
Its goal is not weight loss, but a smooth inclusion of the body simultaneously on all levels:
respiratory,
cardiovascular,
lymphatic,
nervously,
muscular.
And all this without sudden movements, without overloading and commands like: “More! Faster!” The principle is the opposite: the brain is activated when the body moves calmly and consciously.
