INGREDIENTS:
- a one centimeter piece of ginger
- 1 espresso tax
- a little cinnamon
PREPARATION:
Start making healthy coffee by peeling the ginger. Then grate it with the small holes of a grater and pour it into a cup. Then simply pour a hot espresso over it.
Add a little cinnamon and mix well. Your coffee is ready to enjoy. Drink it every morning before your first meal and you’ll quickly notice slimming effects.
