INGREDIENTS:

  • a one centimeter piece of ginger
  • 1 espresso tax
  • a little cinnamon

PREPARATION:

Start making healthy coffee by peeling the ginger. Then grate it with the small holes of a grater and pour it into a cup. Then simply pour a hot espresso over it.
