The beetroot cleanse is extremely simple. Simply prepare some beetroot juice—using a juicer, blender, or grater—and the results will be immediate.
Applications
1. The most effective recipe:
Mix 200 ml of beetroot juice with 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar. Heat the resulting mixture in the microwave to 30-35 °C. Gargle your throat at least 6-7 times a day until complete healing.
2. In case of purulent angina,
it is recommended to gargle with a solution of beetroot juice and onion juice. Dilute the beetroot juice with water in equal parts. Add 1 tablespoon of onion juice to 150 ml of the mixture. Gargle every 3 hours at most.
3. Against a runny nose.
Beetroot juice is also an excellent remedy for rhinitis. Mix equal parts of the juice and water, then add a little honey. Place 4 drops in each nostril 4 times a day. Repeat for 6 to 7 days.
4. For viral sore throats:
Mix 100 ml of beetroot juice, 100 ml of water, and 1 teaspoon of lemon juice. Gargle with this solution at least 5 to 6 times a day.
5. In case of frequent relapses,
it is recommended to take a decoction of beetroot. 1 kg of well-washed but unpeeled roots are boiled in 2 liters of water until tender. Strain the decoction and store it separately.
6. Dosage:
Drink 50 ml 3 times a day. Can also be used as a gargle. Keep refrigerated and warm slightly before use. After just one month of treatment, you will feel a significant improvement and will be able to better tolerate unpleasant symptoms.
