Give the animal a command.
If the dog continues to show aggression, turn to face him, continuing to look slightly to the side, and give him the command to move away. It is important that your voice at this point be confident and authoritative, but in no case threatening or screaming.
Effective commands are: “No!” and “Back!” – spoken in a safe intonation. Once the dog hears them, it will sense your strength, become scared and back away.
