Preparation:
Warm the yogurt, but do not boil it. Dissolve the gelatin in a little water, then add it to the yogurt and stir.
Remove from heat and add the mayonnaise, diced ham and yellow cheese, and sliced cucumbers.
Then add the hard-boiled eggs cut into slices and the roasted peppers cut into slices.
Season to taste.
Transfer the mixture to a damp container about 10 cm deep and place it in the refrigerator to cool and set. You can cover the mold with plastic wrap beforehand to prevent the roll from sticking to the sides.
In the morning, remove from the refrigerator, gently turn over with a plate and decorate to your taste.
