How to proceed step by step
It all starts with a basic procedure: lift the tank lid, turn off the water supply (the small shut-off valve located near the toilet), then flush the toilet to completely empty the tank. Once the tank is empty, you can begin cleaning.
Prepare your cleaning solution.
Pour approximately 250 ml of white vinegar into a spray bottle to easily distribute the product on the walls.
Spray generously.
Cover the entire surface: walls, mechanism, base. Leave for several hours, ideally a whole afternoon.
Wipe it clean.
Once the vinegar has soaked in, gently rub to loosen the deposits. Now’s the time to remove all the accumulated grime.
Use a new brush.
It will help you reach difficult areas and hard-to-reach corners. Thanks to the action of the vinegar, everything comes off much more easily.
