Homemade Sponge Cake in a Blender (Makes a lot)

Preparation :

In a blender, combine the eggs, butter, milk, sugar, oil, and vanilla extract.
Blend for 3 minutes and set aside.
In a bowl, combine the flour, cornstarch, and baking powder for 1 minute.

Pour the liquid mixture over the dry ingredients and mix until well blended.

Divide the batter between four 14 x 8.5 x 6 cm rectangular molds, previously buttered and floured.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

While still warm, run a spatula around the edges to easily remove it from the pan.
This cake, baked in a mixer, is moist, golden, and has a homemade touch.
