Garlic: The Natural Antibiotic that Fights Infections. To continue receiving my recipes, you just need to say one thing… Thank you! récipce in first comments

Optional Add-ins:
Fresh ginger – ½ inch piece, grated (for anti-inflammatory and digestive support)
Cayenne pepper – a pinch (for circulation and sinus relief)
Turmeric powder – ¼ teaspoon (for anti-inflammatory benefits)
Black pepper – a pinch (to activate turmeric’s properties)
Cinnamon stick – 1 small (for warmth and blood sugar balance)

Mint leaves – 4 to 5 (for cooling and breath freshness)
INSTRUCTION:
Step 1: Prepare the Garlic
Peel the garlic cloves and crush them using a mortar and pestle, garlic press, or the flat side of a knife. Crushing activates allicin, the compound responsible for garlic’s medicinal effects. Let the crushed garlic sit for 10 minutes to maximize potency.

Step 2: Heat the Water
Warm 1½ cups of water until it’s hot but not boiling—around 70°C to 80°C is ideal. Boiling water can destroy some of garlic’s active compounds, so gentle heat is preferred.

Step 3: Combine Ingredients
In a heatproof mug or bowl, add the crushed garlic, lemon juice, and honey. Stir gently. If using apple cider vinegar, ginger, turmeric, or other optional ingredients, add them now. Pour the warm water over the mixture and stir until well combined.
