These creamy and delicious desserts are perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth quickly. From no-bake cheesecake to dairy-free banana ice cream, there’s something for everyone!

1. Mini Cheesecake and Tasse
Ingrédients:

1 package cream cheese (softened)
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup heavy cream
Crushed graham crackers (for crust)
Fresh fruit or jam (for topping)
Instructions:

Beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form, then gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
Place a layer of crushed graham crackers in the bottom of small cups.
Add the cheesecake mixture to the crust and top with fresh fruit or jam.
Refrigerate for 10 to 15 minutes before serving.
Tip:

For a creamier texture, replace some of the cream cheese with light ricotta.
You can add a drizzle of melted chocolate for extra indulgence.
2. Chocolate Mug Cake
Ingredients:

4 tablespoons flour
4 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
1/8 teaspoon baking powder
Pinch of salt
3 tablespoons milk
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
Whipped cream or ice cream (optional)
