Ingredients:
3 cloves of fresh garlic (peeled and crushed)
2 lemons (freshly squeezed)
1 teaspoon of turmeric powder (or 1-inch fresh turmeric root, grated)
1 tablespoon of raw honey (optional, for taste)
1 glass of warm water (not boiling)Instructions:
Prepare the Ingredients: Crush the garlic cloves and let them sit for 5 minutes. This activates the allicin for maximum potency.
Mix the Turmeric: Add the turmeric powder or grated turmeric root to the warm water.
Combine Lemon Juice: Squeeze the fresh lemons and add the juice to the water.
Add Garlic: Stir in the crushed garlic.
Optional Sweetener: If you prefer a sweeter taste, add a tablespoon of raw honey.
